Step 1
pour flour(and salt and pepper) onto a plate

place a peice of fish on the pate and cover with flour
Step 2
in a heated pan,
place the fish.

Turn it over, to brown the fish. Keep turning the fish till its cooked.
Step 3
remove from pan and serve
