Just something to match kitchen chairs :)
So, after doing kitchen chairs (hope to upload them latter), my mom wanted to have something matching. And the only doable wooden thing was our 20 years old Bread Box (don‘t know how you call it in English). So one hot summer day I started this project :)

  • How to make a kitchen project / dining project. Levander Bread Box - Step 1
    Step 1

This is what I started with. Well, not exactly... In the photo bread box is already sanded a bit. But I still had a long way to go with my beloved sanding machine :) and by hand for more difficult parts.

After sanding I painted it green, but only those palaces, where I wanted to put Antique effect.

Then it was time to put the Antique lacquer, let it dry and paint white (as you can definitely see in the photo ;)

Then after a little bit of decoupage, other detailing and few coats of varnish, my Bread Box is finally finished (it took merely a month to finish it, but I had an "outgoing" summer, so don't think that I am that slow ;)
