• Step 1

  Before you begin I must admit I'm not great at writing patterns. The hat part in particular was mostly improvised so the pattern may be slightly off, but if someone as simple as me can improvise it, I'm fairly certain others can too haha. Just go with what looks right really :)

  Firstly you will make the green hat base, using the pattern below:
  To begin, you will need 6 single crochet (sc) stitches in a magic ring, then tighten.
  Round 1: 2 sc in each stitch around.
  Round 2: (sc 1, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 3: (sc 2, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 4: (sc 3, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 5: (sc 4, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 6: (sc 5, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 7: (sc 6, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 8: (sc 7, 2 sc in next stitch) around. For small sizes end increase here and skip down to round 11.
  Round 9: (sc 8, 2 sc in next stitch) around. For medium size end increase here and skip down to round 11.
  Round 10: (sc 9, 2 sc in next sc) around. (If your hat doesn't seem quite big enough by this point, continue increasing as you have been, adding one single crochet as you go along before the increase)
  Round 11- 24: sc around.
  Round 12: (sc 10, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 13: (sc 11, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 14: sc 6, 2 sc in next stitch, (sc 12, 2 sc in next stitch) 5 times, sc to end.
  Round 15: sc 3, 2 sc in next stitch, (sc 13, 2 sc in next stitch) 5 times, sc to end.
  Round 16: (sc 14, 2 sc in next stitch) around.
  Round 17: sc 7, 2 sc in next stitch, (sc 15, 2 sc in next stitch) 5 times, sc to end.
  This is where you finish so break it off and hide your end.
  Hopefully you should have a hat with a brim, I believe this style is called a "bucket hat".

• Step 2

  Now you will make the red band to go around the hat.
  You will need to make a chain that is able to go entirely around the hat at the point where you will be sewing the band.
  Once this chain is complete, single crochet (sc) back along it. Chain 1, and turn to crochet back along it.
  Keep doing this until the band is your desired width (mine is about 6/7 rounds thick), then break it off and hide your end.
  Sew this band onto the hat once finished, folding the ends in if the band is ever so slightly too long.

• Step 3

  Now you need to make the blue part of the goggles. Alternatively, grey looks good too. For this we will be crocheting an oval shape.

  To start, chain 9 stitches. Double crochet (dc) into the fourth stitch from the hook and then dc into the next 4 stitches. In the final stitch, make 6 dc stitches.
  Chain 1, because we're going to work back along what we just made. So, working on the other side, dc into the next 4 stitches. and 3 dc into the last stitch and join to the beginning with a slip stitch.
  chain 3, do NOT turn, dc into the slip stitch you just made. 2dc into the next 2 stitches.
  dc into the next 4 stitches.
  2 dc into each of the next 6 stitches.
  dc into each of the next 4 stitches.
  2dc into the next 3 stitches. Join to the beginning with a slip stitch. Break it off and hide your end.

  You should now have an oval shape for the inside of the goggle. You will need two of these.

• Step 4

  For the outer part of the goggle, you will need to measure the edge of the oval you just made. Chain stitches until you have that length.
  Turn and then single crochet back along the chain.
  Chain 1 and turn, working back along until it is the desired width (mine is about 3/4 rounds thick) then break it off and hide your end.

  Sew your outer goggle part around the inner goggle part and sew these onto the band of the hat, placing them wherever looks correct to you.

• Step 5

  Now you will make the ears.
  Make 6 single crochet (sc) stitches into a magic circle and tighten.
  [Sc, chain 2 and sc] all in the same stitch.
  Sc in the next stitch.
  [Sc, chain 2 and sc] all in the same stitch once more.
  Sc in the next stitch.
  [Sc, chain 2 and sc] all in the same stitch for the final time
  Sc into the next stitch and join to the beginning with a slip stitch.
  Chain 1 and sc into the slip stitch.
  Sc into the next stitch. Chain 2.
  Sc into the next 3 stitches. Chain 2
  Sc into the next 3 stitches. Chain 2
  Sc into the next stitch and join to the beginning with a slip stitch. You're done here, so break it off and hide your end.

  You have an ear! You will need two of these of course. Once done, place them where you think looks right on the hat, and sew them in place. Be sure to leave room in the middle of the hat for the fluffy blue part that goes in the very centre on the top (optional).

• Step 6

  This step is optional. When you see the Teemo hats being sold in store, many do not have this blue puffy thing in the centre of the hat on top, but some do and I think it looks better with it. The in-game Teemo has one of course, so if you're going for accuracy, you may wish to add this in.

  All you're doing here is taking blue strips of yarn and pulling them through the centre stitch of the hat with your hook, then knotting them.
  Do this multiple times in the same stitch until you're happy with how thick it is.
  If you find that its too long, you can of course snip them to the desired length, so better to start with long strips than find you have made them too short.
