This creamy lavender and honey creme brûlée is infused with Caorunn Gin for the perfectly indulgent dessert.

    Heat the cream, milk, vanilla, honey and lavender in a sauce pan until boiling.

    Remove from the heat, add the gin and cover.

    Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl.

    Whisk until light and fluffy.

    Pour in the cream mixture and stir well.

    Pour the mixture into six small ramekins and place in a baking tray.
