• 

  Step 1

  You'll need 8 - 10 Large bows and 4-6 small bows.

  Start by cutting the strips for the bows.
  The strip sizes are as follows:
  Large Bow - 3" x 8"

  Small Bow - 2" x 6"

  If using ribbon, you'll need to cut your ribbon the same length as stated above. You can also skip down to steps 5-7 to make your bows.

  Step 2

  To make the bow:

  Fold the fabric in half the long way and create a tube by sewing the raw edges of the long sides together.
  (1/8" seam allowance)

• 

  Step 3

  Use a safety pin or tool of choice to turn the tube right side out.

• 

  Step 4

  -Press the tube flat with the seam down the middle

• 

  Step 5

  Place the short right sides together (side without the seam) and stitch 1/8" seam allowance.

  Turn the bow right side out so the seam is to the inside. Center the seam at the back of the bow.

  Step 6

  Cut a thin strip of fabric that's about 3/4" wide. Fold it in thirds and press.

  Step 7

  Take the small strip and wrap it around the bow and stitch the ends together.

  Cut the excess fabric off.

  Step 8

  Your bows should look like this

  Step 9

  The larger bows will be placed along the shoulder of the tee. The smaller bows on the front.

  Start at one of the shoulder seams and hand stitch your bows to your tee.

  Step 10

  Arrange the bows so they are cascading down the shoulder in a curved fashion.

  It helps to pin them in place first before sewing them on.

  Step 11

  And you're done!!!

  You can style your tee with a pair of cute jeans.
