This painting took me around 4 months. Which is counting all the times I gave up on it. It was my first big painting project. I'm obsessed with seeing absolutely no white unless it's supposed to be there so this took WAY too much paint.
Painting the background AFTER painting the branches was not the smartest thing I have ever done.

I have done that before too, painting the details first then the back ground, but the result is amazing
