Krinkly Stuffed Penguin

homemade baby toy!
i wanted to make a stuffed animal that makes that krinkly noise for my 6 month old. i literally just got done with it. i made it out of felt. and on the inside i put bubble wrap so not only will it make a krinkly noise but also a popping noise too! it pretty easy i think. and its hand sown i dont have a sewing machine and it still only took me about 3 hours to make so not bad! the whole project was about $2.50 to make!!! :)
