Step 1
Firstly, printout your cameo image. Make sure its the same size as your cabochon setting (in this case it should measure 30 x 40mm)
PRINT ON CARD TO ENSURE NO INK BLEEDING
**To do this create a new page on your desired programme (gimp, photoshop etc)
**New page must measure 21cm x 29cm (size of A4) and have a resolution of around 300.
**Adjust your cameo image to measure 3cm x 4cm and paste it on your new page.
**I find it useful to fill the page with designs, that way you have it printed out ready for next time.
WHEN PRINTING BE SURE TO USE THE BEST PRINT QUALITY YOUR PRINTER HAS

Step 2
Once you have your print out, drop a small amount of diamond glaze onto the back (flat side)your glass cabochon and rub it slightly making sure its covered the whole area.
Quickly position and press down onto your choosen image, pressing out any air bubbles.
**Please note that once cabochon is in contact with the image, you have a VERY small window in order to position it.
If it dries before you get it in the right position, dont worry! the diamond glaze is water based, so just peel the cabochon off and give it a wash and start again.
-
Step 3
Once dried you can now stick your cabochon onto your setting, i tend to just stick it in with a drop of diamond glaze as it dries quickly and doesnt soak into the image making the colours bleed.

Step 4
Attach to a chain using the jump ring and hey presto you now have yourself a lovely new cameo necklace! :D
