• 

  Step 1

  well, i just noticed the 1st steps are backward lol, it starts on step 8, so for this step i cut out a heart shape in one of the front pockets and placed a contrast fabric and sew it by hand cuz i want to use that pocket for later

• 

  Step 2

  Here is how it will look, but you can use any shape and color of fabric, have fun with this few steps, this will make it your own, one of a kind skirt!

  Step 3

  Now i chose to do one of the back pockets but you can do both if you feel creative, and is the same step as the 1st, again if u want to use the pocket dont sew in that part of the fabric sew on the pocket fabric

  Step 4

  so after u cut out the shape out and make sure u leave some fabric to attach the contrast fabric, so test the look 1st b4 sewing anything, just like i did here

  Step 5

  i decided to add a little of myself to this pocket, my initial =) you can add W.E. you like beads(keep in mind you will sit on it and it has to be comfortable in ur butt lol)

  here is what the contrast fabric with my special touch looks like this =)

  this is how it looks after i attach the contrast fabric to the pocket

  measure how long or short u want the skirt to be

•

  and mark on the jean ur measurement

  after cutting the legs off and cutting the front up to the zipper and the back to where ever u want it, u will pin in place, depending how wide or tight u want it, move the pins around and see how u like what u see

  Step 12

  now u will have an opening in the from and back depending how high ur skirt is, so for this part u can add a scrap of jean, or be creative and add a contrast fabric if you want

  Step 13

  now make sure is straight b4 sewing

• 

  Step 14

  now sew the front and back and your done!!
