This easy low calorie meal is extremely tasty, and you'll have ppl coming back for seconds, what you serve this with will either make or break this meal in the low fat department.

Tip: to make meal even more low fat use skinless chicken drumsticks.

The chicken is approx 160cal per serve so a side salad would be perfect.

    Arrange the chicken on a serving platter, remove the garlic clove and chili from the liquid, and spoon glaze over top

    I serve mine with mushroom couscous and a side salad
