Jammy steamed pudding
This is an all in one sponge recipe.
Very easy to prepare & make.
You can serve with custard or ice cream or on its own with more jam.

Step 1Grease & flour a 1 pint pudding bowl.
Add the jam to the bottom of the bowl.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together until smooth.

Step 3Pour on top of the jam.

Step 4Cover the bowl with a layer of foil & grease proof paper.
Secure tightly.
Place in a steamer or pot & cook for 2 hrs.

Step 5Careful remove from heat.
Turn onto a plate.

Step 6Cut & serve with custard or ice cream.
