Instructions

    Grease & flour a 1 pint pudding bowl. Add the jam to the bottom of the bowl.

    Mix all other ingredients together until smooth.

    Pour on top of the jam.

    Cover the bowl with a layer of foil & grease proof paper. Secure tightly. Place in a steamer or pot & cook for 2 hrs.

    Careful remove from heat. Turn onto a plate.

    Cut & serve with custard or ice cream.
