Best served warm with butter.
Double up the recipe.
Mix flour, bicarb & salt together.
Pour in buttermilk to form a sticky dough.
Generously flour the work surface.
Knead the dough until a soft dough ball is formed.
Flatten the ball a little & cut into quarters.
Place in a pan & cook for 15 mins on each side.
Serve with butter.
