Step 1
Squeeze the starch from the grated potatoes.
Step 2
Add mashed potatoes, grated potatoes, flour, baking powder salt & pepper together.

Squeeze with your hands to mix though.
Step 3
Add the egg & milk.

Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan.

Place scoops of potatoes in pan.

Cook on one side until golden brown & holding together.
Step 5
Flip over.

Cook through.
Step 6
Serve.
