These are delicious. You can easily double the recipe to feed more.

You will need

1 cup Mashed Potatoes Cold 1 1/2 cup Grated Potato 1/3 cup Flour 1 small Onion 1 clove Garlic Chopped 1 Egg 1/2 cup Milk 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Salt Pepper

Instructions

1. 

   Squeeze the starch from the grated potatoes.

2. 

   Add mashed potatoes, grated potatoes, flour, baking powder salt & pepper together. Squeeze with your hands to mix though.

3. 

   Add the egg & milk. Mix thoroughly.

4. 

   Heat oil in a pan. Place scoops of potatoes in pan. Cook on one side until golden brown & holding together.

5. 

   Flip over. Cook through.

6. 

   Serve.
