About
If hats could pine, this one would be pining for the fjords.
My nephew is of the age where the only thing I know he likes are hats. So, I make him some kind of new hat every year. This year, I found this awesome blue variegated worsted yarn and a smaller ball of white in a thrift store grab bag and decided to mix things up from the usual "go-with-everything" tones I stick to for him. He also has a ton of beanie and slouchy beanie style hats so I decided on a slouchy beret pattern. From this, Iceland was born.
The pattern, as always can be found on Ravelry: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/rainbowret
