I do this to my dreads every month so that they stay nice and groomed.
The time depends on how many dreads you got.

You Will Need

Step 1Gather all the hair thats sticking out of the dread.

Step 2Stick the crochet needle through the dread near the gathered hair.

Step 3Twine the hair around the crochet needle.

Step 4Carefully start pulling the needle out of the dread.

Step 5Pull it all the way out and untwine the hair from the needle.

Step 6Now the hair is on the other side of the dread.

Step 7Keep doing the same thing until the little hair is gone and you have a nice repaired dread.
I need 2-3 hours to do my whole head after washing or coloring it.
