My younger female cousin's birthday is coming. And I plan to give a craft gift for her. To make her surprised I decide to make birthday headbands. Then an easy way of how to make baby headbands is just coming out.
A felt crown is attached to a hair hoop. This is the most typical feature for birthday headbands, which can let her stand out to be the leading role in her day. Here I'd like to share my project on how to make baby headbands with you.

Step 1
Decorate the hoop
1. Take out a hair hoop; wrap it with yellow ribbon; cut out the lace flower; decorate the hoop with lace flower by gluing.
2. It will look like pic 2.
3. Cut out dentate purple felt with five teeth as it shown below; you will cut a trapezoid felt in addition.
4. Roll up the felt into a crown shape.
Step 2
Make a base for crown
5. Fix the crown by gluing the trapezoid felt onto the junction of two ends.
6. Cut out a circular felt a little bit larger than the bottom of the crown.
7. Glue the circular on the bottom of the crown.
8. Trim the redundant felt around circular felt.
Step 3
Attach the hair hoop
9. Embellish the crown by gluing one flat pearl at the tooth top one by one.
10. Cut out a felt strip; place the strip in the center of circular felt and glue its one end first.
11. Lay the hair hoop in the strip; glue the other end of strip. Then a crown headband comes into being.
