  Step 1

  You will need: feather with hooks, pliers, and earring hooks.

• 

  Step 2

  It says in the title that it's very easy because you don't have to make it one by one. As you can see, it's already combined with different feather colors and designs. Plus, it also have hooks which is great.

  I found these at the scrapbook section in a bookstore.

• 

  Step 3

  Okay. Open the bottom part of the earring hook or the loop with the pliers you have.

• 

  Step 4

  Then, insert the feather with hook into the loop and close it using your pliers.

  And you're done! ;)

I got the feathers from the scrapbook section in a bookstore here in our place. Try looking in a scrapbook section in a bookstore. You can find a lot of great D.I.Y stuffs in there
