You Will Need

Step 1Start by getting all of your pieces together. Hat pins, beads, bead caps (optional), and glue.

Step 2Take the Hat pin and put a drop of glue toward the tip.

Step 3Slide on beads and/or bead caps in your desired position and hold for 20 seconds. And your done!
