  Step 1

  Pour the apple juice and water in to a large pan and place over a medium heat.

• 

  Step 2

  When the juice begins to simmer, add the sugar, various spices and mix well. When the juice begins to boil, remove from the heat and serve in glasses with cinnamon sticks. Pour the remaining juice in to a bottle, add a cinnamon stick and store away until next time.

Umm, you can get them from quite a few places. Your supermarket should sell them but you can usually get them for a few pence in health food stores.
