Step 1Heat oven 175 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 2Mix honey, whisky & Apple juice together.
Make a well in the dry ingredients.
Pour in the oil, eggs & honey mixture.

Step 3Mix until smooth.
Pour into a tin.
Bake for 50 mins until cooked through.

Step 4Cut & serve.
