Spicy, salty & sweet nuts are the perfect bar snack!
Inspired by Hiver, a brown honey ale, these tasty bar nuts combine spices with honey, sugar, butter and sea salt for the perfect pairing.

Step 1Spread out the nuts in a baking pan and toast at 180'C for 10 minutes.

Step 2Melt together the butter, brown sugar, honey, beer, cinnamon and paprika.

Step 3Pour the syrup over the nuts, making sure they're all coated. Sprinkle with lots of sea salt and dried rosemary.

Step 4Serve with a delicious beer!
