Step 1
Print out Hello Kitty's face.
Step 2
Roll out your gum paste until its thin and place Hello Kitty's face on top of it, then cut out the shape.
Step 3
draw a bow, whiskers, eyes, and nose.
Let it dry and apply to your cupcake.
