Step 1Cook the sausages and red onion with the rosemary in a frying pan. Roast the sweet potatoes in an oven and then mash together with the sausages and onion in a big bowl.

Step 2Roll out the pastry and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut two hearts for each pie.

Step 3Spoon the filling in the center of one of the hearts.

Step 4Place a second heart on top and use a fork to press around the edges. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180'C and serve hot.
