how to make a paper mache paste tiny figure
I saw this on Martha Steward and thought ooooo to bad its again too expensive. I really love her site and all her crafting projects, but they are always to expensive for commen people like me and i never have those materials at home -S But i love it so much ,so i thought why not make it of scaps materials that eveybody has as a crafting girl already and making more stronger and durable, so it will be cheaper too;-D
Only one notition because of making it more durable it cost you a lot of more time though. ,but then you have more time to enjoy your little creation of your crafting.LOL
link:
she used this only on little stands of a half polysterne ball ,) but i think you can do so much more with it.

Step 5
step 5
Now you must make the the muzzele when you wil make the rabbit. fold the wirein the twisted neck , straight upwards in a loop , that you must make flatten for the muzzle and do this twice.
make an other twist around the head .
See the first drawing. -
Step 12
the paper mache paste recipe:
Because you make tiny figyres , and because this isn't be dureable for a long time, make small part if this.
whithout frigde you can use it 2 or 3 days.
Using a frigde you can use it till a week. then its really spoiled.take 25ml flour
take 20 ml water
take 25 ml wood glue.put the flour in a bowl and stirr the water and glue trought each other till you wil become a smooth paste.
Then its ready to apply in thin layers on your project. -
Step 13
o work a little bit faster you can use a hair dryer.
but not to hight the dryposition stand, because it goes not good.
low stand and little by little. like the thin layers.
but you can put the figure to like as a dip;-D
it become to look like a fritter, with very strange lumps and bumps.;-Dthe front side of the rabbit

Step 15
the fun part:
painting them, withacrylic paint.
Do'nt do like me, i take at first a light colour on the paste, Not smart at all, it doesn't covering it up with one layer.
so its much smarter and i think you're all are,LOL paint the whole figure of yours with with paint.
and then the light colour of your own choise.Let dry and add a ponpon on the back of your rabbit. -
Step 17
little accents;
close up van gezichtje.jpg.
draw with fine liners of your makers a pretty face on the rabbit and other small things on the cloths you like and glue some wiggly eyes on their head.
add some glitter on the ears and were you want more glitters. on your rabbit, and you have finished your rabbit.start blauw konijntje met glitters af.
You can make use those figures on cake stands or just to a stand on your table or inthe coset or make a keyholder of it or some jewelry or chrismas hangers. just what you like the most;-D
or put them in a terrarium.
just anywhere you like the most;-D
