Harley Quinn Comic Cell Phone Cover

cheap and fun way to make your phone unique
I started with a $2 pink plastic phone cover that I got on ebay. The red and black on the sides are nail polish (also the red diamond has some red glitter kind). Then I cut out the pictures from old cheap comic books, and glued them on with Mod Podge. The picture doesn't show it, I coated over everything in Mod Podge once, then in Triple Thick glaze. Makes it shiny and protects it.
My phone is a Sony Ericsson Xperia Play (the playstation phone)
