Not only for Christmas, but another option for birthday cake.
I made this gingerbread barn last Christmas, but I tought it would be a good idea for a birthday cake.

Step 1
Cut out cardboard to shape a barn.

Step 2
Cut the pieces in paper to shape the gingerbread dough (I used recipe from Food Network).
Then bake and cool of the pieces. -
Step 3
Prepare different color frosting, and decorate the pieces of cookie in a flat surface. Let it dry.

Step 4
Glue the pieces together with frosting, using props to hold, and dry overnight.
