• 

  Step 1

  Buy 2 fabrics

  Black
  Trasparent Halloween Style

• 

  Step 2

  Use a pattern to make the dress and cut the fabic.

  Cut 2 of these part.

• 

  Step 3

  Here are the 2 parts cut.

• 

  Step 4

  Now i cut the trasparent fabric.

• 

  Step 5

  place 3 parts this way

  Black,trasparent, black

• 

  Step 6

  Its have to look like this.

• 

  Step 7

  Now cut the part of the skirt

  One black
  One trasparent

• 

  Step 8

  Sew the 3 fabric leave the down part
  open.

• 

  Step 9

  Now you sew the top and the 2 skirt

• 

  Step 10

  Insert the skirt inside the top and pin

• 

  Step 11

  For the skirt I use the( Mero Singer machine)and it will give this look.

• 

  Step 12

  Then check that the dress is on the same
  position. If not the dress will be wronge placed.

• 

  Step 13

  Sew the dress together in the middle.

• 

  Step 14

  Put the velcro on the dress like this.

• 

  Step 15

  Here is the dress finish back side.

•

  Here is the dress done on my doggie
