You Will Need

Step 1Base...
Mix ingredients together.

Step 2Press into a tin.
Set aside.

Step 3Cheesecake...
Mix cream cheese, icing sugar & vanilla together.

Step 4Add yogurt.
Stir through.

Step 5Whisk cream to stiff peaks.

Step 6Fold cream & cheesecake mixture together.

Step 7Pour on top of base.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs but best overnight.

Step 8Cut & serve.
