Gothic/Lolita Mini Top Hat "Queen Of Hearts"

mini little hats i enjoy creating and occasionally sell. This one was clearly inspired by the queen of hearts.
Please feel free to share your own versions! I'd love to see what you can create.

Simple project thats enjoyable and easy. This particular craft was free for me due to my obsession with other projects. So essentially this was made out of scraps!

Notes:
DO NOT hot glue the fabric to the cup, it WILL MELT! i learned that the hard way.
To get the lace to stretch around the cup evenly, make small incisions on the bottom of the cup. and be sure to stretch the fabric over the top of the cup and glue on the inside :)

As far as attaching the hat to the head, you can just get a small headband, cut out a small oval shape in felt, glue around the edges of felt, place the headband in the center, and stick it to the bottom of the hat.
