You Will Need

Step 1Gather your materials.

Step 2Cut two strips of lace trim to measure the entire length of the dress.

Step 3Cut apart one of your strips: cut away the trim's edges.

Step 4Then, cut out the small flower motifs inside the strip.

Step 5You should have one long strip of trim intact, and now two new piles of trim from your fancy scissor-work.

Step 6Glue your intact strip of trim down the center front of the dress.

Step 7Let dry completely.

Step 8Glue scalloped trim edges parallel to large center strip, from bottom to top.

Step 9Let dry completely.

Step 10Affix trim scrap flowers around the parallel strips to create desired motif.

Step 11Let dry completely, and try it on!
