Gold Shimmering Cape

Instant glam!
This is a pretty easy way to make a costume standout. I got a large bit of Organza. I gathered it along the top and added it to some lace. I added two shoulder straps of lace, and a tie at the front. I also added loops to the corners of the organza so I could loop it around my wrists. And that was it!
