You Will Need

Step 1mix up a bunch of glitter

Step 2blow up a balloon to the desired size of your bowl and rest it in a bowl

Step 3brush Mod Podge onto the balloon to the desired height and shape of your bowl

Step 4Cover with your glitter mix and let dry for a couple of hours

Step 5
Repeat coating with Mod Podge and glitter so that you have 3 layers of glitter

Step 6Coat the outside with a final layer of Mod Podge and let dry.
This keeps the bowl from shedding glitter and being scratchy. -
Step 7Once it is dry cut or pop the balloon and gently peel it away from the bowl.

Step 8press the bottom of the bowl to flatten it some

Step 9Trim the edges smooth

Step 10Enjoy your new mixed media decor!
