Felt Christmas Tree Decoration
This little Gingerbread Man decoration is 10cm tall and made from felt.
This is a quick and simple project to brighten up any Christmas tree.

Step 1Glue the white ric rac strips to the front of the gingerbread man - one on each arm and one on each leg using the dotted lines on diagram one as a guide. You will need to trim them for a perfect fit.

Sew on mini bow tie and bead eyes. Using two strands of white thread, use a back stitch to sew on a big smile.

Step 3
Pin the front and back body pieces wrong sides together. Using two strands of white thread, blanket stitch around the body from shoulder to shoulder. Stuff the body with toy filling.

Step 4
Fold ribbon in half and pin at the top of head with ends tucked inside.

Step 5Continue blanket stitching around the head. When you reach the ribbon, finish stuffing the head, then carry on sewing around the head making sure the ribbon is secure.
