About
Sheer to bold color
Okay I'm one of those people who prefer not using lip liner when doing my lip routine because I can never find a good one that doesn't dry my lips or stain them no matter how much make up remover I use to wipe it off. Plus It's practically impossible to find a good match for a translucent (sheer) shade. So I tried out my own method I'd like to share with you so you can also get the most pigment out of your translucent lipstick. Also You use this routine to mattify your lip gloss or shiny lipstick.

Step 1
Swatch the shade if it's new to see if it's the desired pigment. I didn't during my purchase and ended up with a sheer look like this when I first applied it, so if you're like me and make purchases on products that don't have any or little reviews and end up with something like this, these steps will help.

Step 5
Repeat steps 2 and 3 if needed.
