You Will Need
-
Step 1Draw the design on paper.

Step 2Cut parts of the drawing that will go in a different color
-
Step 3With the templates, cut each pice of felt two times with colored felt.

Step 4Paste the pices of felt
-
Step 5Sewing the eyes and mouth and paste an ice cream drop
-
Step 6Sewing cornet lines.Fill the feltie with stuffed dolls. Sewing the edges of the doll.

Step 7... and you're done!
