Step 1
get an old skirt
Step 2
start tearing off the end...
give it a bad-girl-cowgirl-i-don't-give-a-damn look...
Step 3
draw on it and paint on it...

use the color of your choice..
you can draw shapes, skulls etc.. anything you want..
Step 4
let it dry over night..

and viola!!! show it off...!!!
