• 

  Step 1

  Mix flour & salt together.

• 

  Step 2

  Heat milk, water, butter & sugar In microwave til butter is almost melted.

• 

  Step 3

  Add yeast to milk mixture. Let sit for approx 10 mins.

• 

  Step 4

  Add yeast mixture & egg to the flour.

• 

  Step 5

  Kneed for approx 5 mins, until a soft smooth dough is formed.

• 

  Step 6

  Cover bowl with cling film & let double in size.

• 

  Step 7

  Knock back the dough & kneed for a few mins.

  Mix all filling ingredients together except the butter.

• 

  Step 8

  Roll out the dough to a large square.

• 

  Step 9

  Spread the butter over the dough.

• 

  Step 10

  Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the butter.

• 

  Step 11

  Roll up into a sausage shape.

• 

  Step 12

  Cut into equal sized portions.

• 

  Step 13

  Place into tin. Leave space between each piece of dough.

• 

  Step 14

  Cover with cling film & leave to prove for approx 20 mins.

• 

  Step 15

  Heat oven 190/375 degrees.

  Remove cling film & cook for approx 15-18 mins.

• 

  Step 16

  Remove from the oven & allow to cool.

• 

  Step 17

  Make up the icing by mixing all ingredients together.

• 

  Step 18

  When rolls are cool, spoon icing over the top.

• Step 19

  Serve.
