You Will Need

Step 1Base...
Combine flour, salt & sugar.

Step 2Add butter & shortening.
Rub to fine bread crumbs.

Step 3Add vodka & enough water to make a dough.
Roll into a smooth ball.
Wrap in cling film & place in the fridge for 30 mins.

Step 4Heat oven 175 degrees.
Roll out the dough & place in tin..
Bake blind for 15-17 mins until cooked through.
Remove from the oven & cool completely.

Step 5Filling...
Melt chocolate.
Set aside.

Step 6In a pan gently heat the eggs & sugar until thickened & coats the spoon.

Step 7Remove from the heat.
Add chocolate.
Set aside

Step 8Cream the butter.
Add the chocolate mixture
Whisk until thick

Step 9Fold in 1 cup of wipped cream.

Step 10Spread on top of the base.
Place in fridge until set.

Step 11Top with wipped cream & sprinkles.

Step 12Cut & serve.
