You have to let the pastry cool for 30 mins. You need to let the chocolate set before putting the topping on.

Base... Combine flour, salt & sugar.
Add butter & shortening. Rub to fine bread crumbs.
Add vodka & enough water to make a dough. Roll into a smooth ball. Wrap in cling film & place in the fridge for 30 mins.
Heat oven 175 degrees. Roll out the dough & place in tin.. Bake blind for 15-17 mins until cooked through. Remove from the oven & cool completely.
Filling... Melt chocolate. Set aside.
In a pan gently heat the eggs & sugar until thickened & coats the spoon.
Remove from the heat. Add chocolate. Set aside
Cream the butter. Add the chocolate mixture Whisk until thick
Fold in 1 cup of wipped cream.
Spread on top of the base. Place in fridge until set.
Top with wipped cream & sprinkles.
Cut & serve.
