I made this fluro hair tie on the way to a mates fluro party. It took less then 10 minutes to make and its so simple :)

Step 1
Cut material in to strips (to your desired length and width)

I used a fluro mesh (netting)
Step 2
tie each piece of material around the elastic band (alternating the colours)using a basic knot.

Keep adding material until there is no more space left.
Step 3
Ta Dah! and you're done :)
