I made this fluro hair tie on the way to a mates fluro party. It took less then 10 minutes to make and its so simple :)

You will need

2 Your Choice Of Material fluro colours 1 med thickness Hair Tie 1 Scissors

I made this fluro hair tie on the way to a mates fluro party. It took less then 10 minutes to make and its so simple :)

Instructions

1. 

   Cut material in to strips (to your desired length and width) I used a fluro mesh (netting)

2. 

   tie each piece of material around the elastic band (alternating the colours)using a basic knot. Keep adding material until there is no more space left.

3. 

   Ta Dah! and you're done :)
