• 

  Step 1

  These are the tops that I used: a linen tank top and a stretch tube top.

• 

  Step 2

  first I started with the linen top, I took it apart and used the bottom part as the skirt part of the dress

• 

  Step 3

  then I pinned the tube top to the skirt

• 

  Step 4

  and used the scraps left over from the top part of the linen top to create flowers

• 

  Step 5

  what I ended up making were 4 yo-yos

• 

  Step 6

  and a flower with 18 petals

• 

  Step 7

  sew them together with a long running stitch

• 

  Step 8

  and then pull on the thread

• 

  Step 9

  then added the flowers to the top!

• 

  Step 10

  and it's done!
