  • How to make a pair of soda can earrings. Fizzalicious! - Step 1
    Step 1

okey dokey, the first step is to gather your materials. If you're making a keychain/neclace charm you need some kind of clip. If you are making earrings, you need fish hooks. My soda can is already cut, so basically just cut up your can so that its like ya. . .

    Step 2

Now you need to cut your can again so that you have OVALS!!! You need ovals because ovals are the easiest to turn into cones

    Step 3

okay, the next step is to grab one of the edges of the soda can oval with you ROUND NOSE pliers. You can NOT use flat nose pliers for this project, sorry.

    Step 4

after that you carefully kind of twist the can around the pliers so that the oval becomes a cone, this is really confusing to explain, sorry.

then you take your sharp tipped object and shove it through the top of the can cone. i do this on top of a crappy mouse pad, but you can use what you want.

    Step 6

now you just open up your jump ring and attach your soda can cone to the earring hook. If you're making a keychain, stay tuned.

    Step 7

KEYCHAIN THINGY: make 6-10 more ovals and then twist them into cones. after that attach them all to a clippy thing with jump rings!
