You Will Need

Step 1
Cut out 2 pieces of felt shaped like a kitty (hello kitty).

Step 2
I stuffed mine with access felt(: I drew her face on with a sharpie.!

Step 3
You can either hand sew it like i did or hot glue the 2 pieces together. Leave hole to stuff.!

Step 4
I cut out a bow shape and hot glued it.! For the ring part I just cut out some felt to fit my finger and hot glued it.!

Step 5
DONE.! This can be a broche or anything else you want it to be.
