    Step 1

    Trace the size of a glass or cup on the brown felt and cut it out.

    Fold the circle in half. Thread a needle and sew the middle of the half circle. This will create the nudge of the cookie.

    Fold the circle apart and fold it horizontal.

    Sew the edges of the cookie but leave a space open at the end.

    Start stuffing the cookie. You might have to use the back of a pen to get all the stuffing in.

    Cut out a small strip of white felt. This will be the paper fortune. Put it in the cookie, so that it still sticks out a little.

    Finish sewing the cookie closed.

    You can put whatever you want onto the fortune. I cut out a small red felt heart and glued it onto the fortune. It's also optional to sew eyes and a mouth on.

I just used hot glue, because I was too tired to sew it up.
