  Step 1

  I used misc. orange and yellow buttons and sparkly pink and purple felt. honestly, i used my brother's glass first communion cup to trace the circle... it was handy, and the perfect size

  both the pink and purple hard sparkles :)

  glued buttons on with basic craft glue

  Step 4

  i didn't have a pattern to use, so i just cut the curves/waves in them "free hand" and didn't bother making them look identical

  Step 5

  Then you glue them on with some basic craft glue!

  make sure you use a good amount of glue

• 

  Step 7

  the glue should be strong enough to hold for use, but if they are pulled on they will rip off.
