6cm Felt Elephant
This charming baby elephant can be made from any colour felt and decorated with various shapes. These little cuties is 6cm tall. You can amend the pattern in places to make different shaped trunks and larger bodies to making a Mummy & Daddy to complete your elephant family.

I have attached a PDF containing full size pattern pieces for the baby elephant and the instructions can be found below.

Step 1
Using embroidery thread blanket stitch inner leg piece to matching elephant outer piece (from point A to point B).
Step 2
Repeat process with second inner leg piece and matching elephant outer piece.
Step 3
Using embroidery thread blanket stitch the 2 elephant outer pieces together from point A to point B making sure the inner leg pieces are on the inside.
Step 4
Stuff the elephant using toy filling.
Sew up middle seam between the elephants legs.
Step 5
Using embroidery thread blanket stitch 2 ear pieces together. Repeat with second ear.
Step 6
Attach ears to side of elephants head as shown in picture.
Step 7
Sew orange heart to the hip area on the left side as shown.
Step 8
Make a whole family
