You Will Need

Step 1
If you don't have a leather string in a neon color, just paint a white one :)
You'll need to cut it in three pieces. (not necessarily of equal sizes, but keep them around 8cm) -
Step 2Glue the feather on the rhinestone, then glue the pieces o string and then the earring base. Voilá!
